I want to change the delivery address or delivery date and time
We cannot accept changes to the delivery address or delivery date and time after an order has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the tracking number will be included in the email sent when the product is shipped. Please contact Yamato Transport at http://www.kuronekoyamato.co.jp/ytc/customer/ to change the delivery date and time.
My item was returned due to a long absence.
If we do not receive a notification from you after receiving the Yamato Transport delivery notice, your package will usually be returned to our distribution center within about a week. I haven't received an order confirmation email
While emails can generally be sent from mobile phone email addresses, if you have set up "domain-specific reception" or "email address-specific reception," emails from our store may not arrive. Therefore, we recommend using a PC email address whenever possible.

What should I do if the product breaks after purchase?
Please send us an email with your contact information and request for repair. After confirming the details, our staff will contact you by phone. We will ask you for details about the situation over the phone and respond to you regarding whether or not repair is possible.

a wide variety of products and samples available in our stores, so we recommend that you visit our stores to discuss your requirements and see the actual products before placing your order.

How long does it take to place an order in store?
For first-time customers, we require approximately one hour for the consultation, including product introduction.

My wedding is coming up and I can't wait for delivery. Is there anything I can take home?
Maxi's wedding rings are handmade. We generally accept orders by order, so there are limited designs and sizes available, but some rings can be taken home.

What is the after-sales service like?
At Maxi, we offer free in-store cleaning as part of our regular maintenance. Please feel free to stop by anytime if you're in the area. (Please note that you may have to wait a little while during busy times.) We will restore your items to their beautiful shine while you shop.
We also offer special care, such as refinishing your items to make them look like new, for an additional fee. A quote may be required for this depending on the item. We will take your items in for a few weeks and refinish them to look like new. Please feel free to consult our staff at any time about this as well.

Can I order just one wedding ring?
Not only do we order as a pair, but some customers also order completely different designs to match their personalities and use them as wedding rings. Maxi jewelry is made individually, so you can order just one ring for one person.

Hawaiian jewelry is typically made from 14K gold and 925 silver.
At Maxi, we also offer some designs in 18K gold and platinum.
Each gold material is available in three colors: yellow, white, and pink.
For two-tone pieces, you can choose up to two colors from the three 14K gold colors and 925 silver to create your own combination.

How much can I choose from when ordering?
You can choose the material, carved pattern, side cutting method (edge design), and width. Maxi offers three patterns for the carved design, combining Hawaiian botanical designs (maili relief, plumeria) with a wave (scroll) design.

Hawaiian jewelry is decorated with hand-carved ornaments that go all the way around a ring.
Due to the manufacturing process, resizing is extremely difficult.

How many types of wedding rings are there?
You can freely choose the shape, width, material, etc. to suit your taste, and depending on the combination, there are dozens of patterns. In addition, each ring is hand-carved, so each one is unique in the world.
