Ordering process
Select your desired product and click "Add to Cart." After confirming that the product you have added to your shopping cart is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout" to proceed.
Enter the required information and select your payment method before purchasing.
If you are not a registered member, please register as a new member.
If you don't receive an order completion email
Generally, emails can be sent to mobile phone email addresses, but if you have set up "domain-specific reception" or "email address-specific reception," emails from our store may not be delivered, so we recommend receiving emails from a PC email address if possible.
Also, please check your mobile phone settings to see if you have specified domain reception or rejection.
Even if you have not set up spam filters yourself, carrier updates may have automatically set up spam filters.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure that you have set up all filters to be disabled.
Some customers have settings that reject emails containing URL information.
If you are not receiving emails from us, please set up your mobile phone to receive emails from the domain "shoponline@maxi-j.com".
How to set up domain-specific reception

1. Tap SP Mode Mail app → Other → Email settings → Docomo Mail settings site. 2. On the "Authentication" screen, enter your SP Mode password and tap "OK." Tap "Add more" to register a designated email address for receiving/rejecting emails.
3. Enter "shoponline@maxi-j.com" and tap "Confirm."
4. Tap to confirm settings.
5. If the easy settings are set to "Reject emails/Strong," please also perform step 3 above.

1. Access the "Spam Filter" settings screen.
2. Tap "Add to Receiving List/Address Book Receiving Settings."

3. Click "Register" in the "Register Allowed Emails" field. 4.
Enter "shoponline@maxi-j.com" in the "Allow Email Addresses to Receive" field and select "Backward Match" as the method.
5. Click "Next."
6. After confirming the settings, click "Register."
Payment
Credit card
When placing an order, you will be asked to enter your credit card number, and the payment will be processed in real time.
Currently, we accept VISA, MASTER, DINERS, JCB, and AMEX (including all affiliated cards).
Depending on the results of the payment process, you may not be able to pay by credit card.
When entering or sending your credit card number, it is encrypted (SSL), so you can use your credit card safely.
*The credit card limit is 500,000 yen.
If the total amount exceeds 500,000 yen, we ask that you either choose bank transfer or place several separate orders so that the total amount does not exceed 500,000 yen.
Amazon Pay payment
You can order using your Amazon account.
1. On the cart screen (current shopping cart screen), select the "Pay with Amazon" button from the payment methods and sign in with your Amazon account.
② On the screen for specifying the delivery address, payment method, etc., confirm and select the delivery address and credit card information registered to your Amazon account.
③Click the "Confirm Order" button to complete your order.
Paidy next month payment (convenience store/bank)
We will issue an invoice on the 1st of each month, with finalized billing amounts due at the end of the month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (via a terminal installed at a convenience store), bank transfer, and direct debit.
The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be deducted on the 12th*. However, for January and May payments, the payment may be deducted on the 20th*.
Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). If paying at a convenience store, the fee is 356 yen (tax included), and if paying by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. If paying by direct debit, there will be no payment fee.

Bank transfer/Rakuten Bank (prepayment)
After placing your order, we will send you a bank transfer information in the order confirmation email.
Once we confirm your payment, we will arrange for delivery.
If payment is not received within 3 days of the order date, your order will be canceled. Please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
When making a transfer, please make sure to use the name of the person who placed the order.
Please note that we cannot confirm payments made under a different name.
About delivery time
[In-stock items] Items will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days
after payment confirmation . Delivery date specifications are accepted from 5 days after payment confirmation. If no date is specified, items will be shipped sequentially. *Depending on delivery conditions, we may not be able to deliver on your desired date and time. *If your order date falls outside our business hours (holidays or the day before holidays), your item will be shipped on the next business day or later, even if you specify a delivery date.
[Order items (out of stock)]
If the item is in stock at each store, it will be shipped within 2 business days to 1 month. If the item is out of stock at each store, it will be made to order in Hawaii and shipped. It will be shipped within 2 to 3 months
after payment is confirmed . *You cannot specify a delivery date for order items. *If you order order items and regular items together, they will be packaged together, so it will take more than 2 months for delivery. Please check carefully before ordering.
Please note that if we are inundated with orders or during sales, it may take longer than the above schedule.

Returns and Exchanges
We cannot accept any cancellations or changes after your order has been confirmed.
If the delivered product is defective or different from the product you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges.
Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience (size does not fit, different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.).

In the case of a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us using the inquiry form under "Return/exchange contact information" within 10 days of receiving the product and return the product to the "Return address." Please
be sure to also return any items and documents (delivery note, etc.) that were included with the product when it arrived. The
replacement product will be shipped as soon as the returned product arrives at our company and we are able to prepare the appropriate product. Please note that this will only be possible if the replacement product is in stock.
If we are unable to accept the exchange due to stock shortages, etc., we will provide a refund.
